Balliol Group operates a vast network of SIA-compliant security guards and CPO-licensed bodyguards. Every member of our network is specially vetted, drawn from elite military and law-enforcement backgrounds, and placed exclusively with clients who require absolute discretion and composure under pressure. Our security division is built on judgement, not volume.
Alongside our recruitment work, we host private networking events across London, bringing together like-minded, ambitious people from politics, finance, technology, security, and diplomacy. The goal is not networking in the conventional sense. It is to connect the people shaping Britain and Europe, in the same room, as a quiet force for good. The most consequential ideas tend to come from industries that rarely overlap by chance.
Our network spans the full range of industries where discretion and capability intersect. We take on a small number of mandates at any given time. Every placement is handled personally, with a thorough understanding of the client's environment and the candidate's character.
